Tom Yannuzzi, Ph.D., brings more than twenty-five years of experience in higher education, human communication, organizational processes and social systems to develop highly interactive, customized programs that are practical and applicable to today's increasingly complex business environments.

He has worked with some of the top business schools and corporations around the world, including the Wharton School, the Rotterdam School of Management, Merrill Lynch, Ortho-McNeil-Jennson, and Booz Allen Hamilton. For the past four years, Tom served as Director of the Personal Leadership Development Program at the Rotterdam School of Management, where he taught and coached professionals from over forty countries. Tom is an expert in communication, social influence, interpersonal conflict, group process, and relational negotiations. His approach incites critical self-reflection and helps participants better understand the relational, organizational, and social impacts of individual actions. Participants consistently praise the uniqueness of Tom's approach and the personal impact of his teaching.

Tom received his Ph.D. in Education, Culture and Society from the University of Pennsylvania, and is the Founder and CEO of Higher Learning Partners, LLC.
