In response, her passion is to facilitate the development of individual and team authentic leadership effectiveness for the greater good of not only themselves, but also their organisations and stakeholders. Her work allows leaders to enhance their leadership authenticity, inter-relational trust, and individual and team leadership effectiveness.
Tineke facilitates individual and team authentic leadership effectiveness and executive coaching journeys mainly at senior and executive organisational levels.
