Stephen has been training and consulting for over 20 years throughout Canada and the US in the areas of leadership and positive organizational dynamics primarily within the healthcare sector. Stephen is a popular conference speaker with extensive experience empowering management teams towards becoming more effective leaders.

Stephen is distinguished as a Certified Health Executive by the Canadian College of Health Leaders. He has held several management positions throughout his career where he has proven himself as a transformational leader with expertise in culture change management. Throughout his leadership journey, Stephen has transformed underachieving and often troubled workplaces into high performance cultures which have achieved regional awards for excellence as well as national recognition for best practices. As a certified ombudsman, Stephen is also skilled and experienced in alternative dispute resolution and has been able to assist leadership teams through negotiation, education and collaboration.

Publishing credits include articles in trade journals and most recently authored the book: The ACT of Change Management: A Principled Guide for Leaders that appeared in the New York Times Sunday Book Review.
