Madeleine van der Steege comes from a family of entrepreneurs. She is a coach, writer and researcher on business leadership and entrepreneurship.

Madeleine has an MA Soc. Sc degree from the University of Johannesburg. She was ‘Woman of the Year Regional Entrepreneur’ (SA Business Women's Association 2004). Her company was listed as one of the ‘most promising companies" by SARF. She relocated with her family to the Netherlands in 2007. Madeleine has a particular passion for companies who are experiencing some level of chaos due to growth and or decline. She provides corporate and strategy coaching to medium sized international businesses and is heavily involved in collaborative leadership research projects in the field of leadership and entrepreneurship.
