Kirsten is an organizational development consultant, diversity strategist, and inclusive leadership coach.

With eleven years of experience in leadership development in both the public and non-profit sectors, she focuses on system wide transformation to create psychologically safe, inclusive, and engaging workplaces. She holds a Master of Public Health with a specialization in social policy from the University of Victoria, a Master of Health Administration from the University of Regina, is a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders, and a Canadian Certified Inclusion Practitioner with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion. She’s currently working on her Doctor of Education in community leadership.
