Dr. JENNI FRUMER is the President of Jenni Frumer & Associates, LLC., management development consultants.

She has almost four decades of extensive experience in nonprofit senior leadership and management, fundraising consulting, customized training, leadership coaching, design, and implementation of innovative programs for older adults and their families, mental health services, and trauma-informed care.

She is a clinical social worker, has a master’s degree in education, and earned her Ph.D. is in business – human capital management. As a public speaker, she presents and provides training internationally and domestically within the human service field. She has also worked with the US Marine Corps and Fortune 100-500 companies and offers a deep understanding of organizational culture and change management strategies and processes. She co-hosted a radio show “Leadership Matters”; is a peer-reviewer and team leader for the Council on Accreditation. She teaches graduate courses in public administration, social work, nonprofit leadership, and business (HR). As a clinician with extensive experience, Dr. Frumer brings rich and diverse expertise to a variety of business settings.
