Chris O. Chukwuma

Chris is deeply interested in the study of African leadership and the ways to resolving the pervasive leadership crisis.

He is the CEO of Neadif & Associates, a leadership and strategy development firm helping small and medium businesses in the east of the GTA put structure to their businesses and develop their leaders. He brings a mixture of experience from consulting, banking, and facility management. He spent over seven years in PwC as a management consultant helping fortune 500 companies with head hunting, strategy and leadership development. Over about 12 years period, he held different senior level positions in the banking industry including divisional director of corporate services and of the largest region in assets and liabilities. He played major roles in the successful merger of PriceWaterhouse with Coopers & Lybrands to form PwC in Nigeria, and led the team that consolidated HR and facilities in the merger of three banks to form today’s Fidelity Bank plc. Chris was also the CEO of Jekmac Facility Services Limited where he led a team of technical experts, property managers and facility managers to manage over 300 corporate buildings and facilities in the oil & gas sector and financial services industry.

An IFMA certified facility manager and qualified training instructor, Chris is also a John Maxwell certified leadership coach, trainer and speaker. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, a Master of Public Administration, certificate in facility management and the Advanced Management Program certificate. He is currently a PhD Organizational Leadership candidate of Southeastern University, Lakeland, Florida.
